Crazy Comic Competition!

Our new competition is now open. We’re looking for some amazing comic book stories that we can use to make sure everyone knows how important it is to look after our environment.

We need you to create a Superhero Storyboard for our Streetscene Services.

Your Storyboard must;

• Be colourful and in a cartoon/anime style

• Be a story picked from one of our 12 Storyboards – Download the comic book frames and story ideas sheet

Tips on creating your comic strip:

• Step 1: A comic strip is no different from writing a short story. … (Why not pick one of our stories for the competition?)
• Step 2: Download the comic book frames and story ideas sheet
• Step 3: Use basic shapes to draw. …
• Step 4: Add in the speech and lettering. …Comic words: BOOM, POW, ZAP, WOW, SMASH, WHAM!
• Step 5: Add detail to your cartoon. …
• Step 6: Go over your comic in pen.
