Appealing against a parking notice

If you feel that your parking notice was wrongly issued, or that there are special circumstances in your case, you may lodge an appeal. You may also view the evidence that resulted in the issue of your notice online.

Or write to the Civil Enforcement Office, Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Cecil Street Margate CT9 1XZ.

 

If you write in and appeal to us within 14 days of the notice being issued, then we will give you the opportunity to pay the reduced rate even if the appeal is turned down.
