Changes to the way Councils enforce parking came into force on 31st March 2008
Apply for a new Parking Season Ticket for car parks or renew, replace, cancel or notify changes.
No cash, No panic - use your mobile phone to pay for your parking with a credit or debit card.
If you feel that your parking notice was wrongly issued, or that there are special circumstances in your case, you may lodge an appeal. You may also view the evidence that resulted in the issue of your notice online.

If you write in and appeal to us within 14 days of the notice being issued, then we will give you the opportunity to pay the reduced rate even if the appeal is turned down.

The council is a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee. The Joint Committee publishes an Annual Statement of Accounts which is subject to External Audit.
