Call for sites submissions available to view
Thanet District Council has carried out two ‘Calls for Sites’ as part of the process to review the existing Local Plan which was adopted in July 2020. The review will result in an updated version of the Local Plan which currently runs until 2031. The updated Local Plan will run until 2040.
The call for sites invited landowners, land agents and other stakeholders to propose locations that could be added to the Local Plan and designated for a specific use.
