Use our online form to arrange an assisted collection
Request an assisted collection
If you are unable to move your bins due to illness or disability, you can request an assisted collection via our online form.
If you have an illness, disability, or mobility issue that means you cannot put your bins or bags out for collection, you can apply for our assisted collection service.
What you need to apply
To complete the short online form, you will just need to provide:
- Your doctor’s (GP) name
- The address of your doctor’s surgery
Please note: To protect your privacy and home security, we no longer use physical bin stickers. Our crew will see that you have an assisted collection directly on their cab systems when they arrive at your street.
