Energy efficient homes
We have been awarded funding under the Government’s Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3. This provides funding to improve the energy performance of social housing in England. This will help us to upgrade our social housing to improve the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating for our tenants.
