Service update – Today 24 of our 25 collection rounds are operating. Crews are prioritising general waste and food recycling collections. It means today’s scheduled paper collections will be delayed. This is due to a shortage of available HGV drivers. Affected services - Paper and card: due for collection today | Catch-up collections underway - Paper and card: Broadstairs, Kingsgate, Margate, Palm Bay and St Peter’s - General waste and recycling: Birchington and Westgate-on-Sea. If your collection has been affected, please leave it at the boundary of your property. Crews are working to collect outstanding waste as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. |
