Update on IT System
Thanet District Council is currently limiting access to a number of its online systems. This is a proactive decision following reports of a potential security incident.
We are working closely with the experts at the National Cyber Security Centre.
While we investigate, some of our online services may be affected. We are aware for example that this is impacting some online forms and our planning applications.
We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience experienced at this time.
It should be noted that the council’s IT services are not provided by Civica. Civica provides Revenues, Benefits, Debt collection and Customer Services processing functions on our behalf.
