Gambling Act 2005: Statement of Principles
Under the Gambling Act 2005, the council is legally required to publish a “Statement of Principles.”
This policy is essentially our rulebook. It explains exactly how we manage gambling rules in our area, and provides the clear framework we use to make all of our decisions regarding gambling applications, permits, and notices.
