Landlord Event
Information on Thanet District Council's annual Landlord Event
We host a free dedicated landlord event every year specifically for landlords and managing/letting agents with an interest in Thanet.
Every year, specialist guest speakers are invited to provide informative updates on legislation, compliance and local authority updates. We also host a variety of stall holders for landlords to network with and gain information and advice from.
The most recent event took place on 25 September 2025 in Broadstairs. Our next event will take place in 2026.
