Brief description
This blue flag beach has sand exposed at high tide and has a designated water ski area. Nearby is an adventure golf course (Strokes) which is situated on the promenade/sea wall. This bay has beach huts during the summer months but they are removed from September. There are Sunken Gardens which were originally designed and laid out during 1930’s the layout has remained but the planting is not per the original design.
NB. There is a dog ban from 1 May until 30 September between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00.

Parking
On street parking. There is a small car park adjacent to the promenade and can be accessed via the slip road opposite Barnes Avenue.
Toilets
Toilets are open April to September.
Food/Drink
Café provides tea, coffee and snacks.
