Once your Direct Debit is set up, monthly instalments will be paid on time, every month and every year, even if changes are made to your instalments.
If you have received a recovery notice for a previous year balance, and you wish to set up a Direct Debit to pay this balance, you need to also complete a special payment arrangement form.
