Action Against Litter newsletter – Issue 11

3 bins in Marine Gardens, Margate, have had a beautiful make-over. The bins were each given a bespoke design by Margate-based artist Louis Michel, as part of the council’s work to improve the area. The designs feature bumble bees, and serve as a reminder of the insects’ vital role in supporting plant life and biodiversity, highlighting the need to protect these key pollinators within the community’s green areas.
