Last autumn’s leaf community collection scheme was a record-breaker!
Thanks to the 193 residents who took part, we collected an incredible 5.64 tonnes of leaves to be turned into compost, helping to keep our district clean.

The scheme was supported by Wiggly Wigglers, a farm specialising in sustainable and eco-friendly garden products, who donated a worm farm to the prize winners, Nicky and Pete.

The scheme will launch again in September, so keep an eye out to sign-up if you would like a free green bin to collect fallen leaves this autumn.
