We know new tech isn’t always cheap, but you can get up to:
- £7500 back on
- Air-Source Heat Pumps
- Ground-Source Heat Pumps
- Water-Source Heat Pumps
- £5000 back on a biomass boiler (for off-gas grid homes)
You have to make the application for funds, but we can advise on the process and eligibility.
PermalinkThe Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) scheme is now OPEN, delivering free home energy efficiency upgrades in partnership with E.ON.
You may be able to qualify if your home has a low energy rating (typically EPC Band D, E, F, or G). Don’t worry if you don’t have an EPC Certificate, we can help advise you on whether this scheme may be a viable option for you. You can check if you have an Energy Performance Certificate on the Gov website.
This scheme is available for homeowners and private tenants that meet a qualifying criteria.
We can help you assess your eligibility for this scheme. Below are some examples of the qualifying criteria:
- In receipt of a mean-tested benefit.
- Have a household annual income below £36,000.
- Meet other specific criteria designed for low-income and vulnerable households.
The funding for this scheme can offer a full house retrofit all depending on the measures your property may require, this may include insulation, heating improvements (like Air Source Heat Pumps), and solar panels.
