You can park your motorhome or caravan in specific council car parks across Thanet.
Please be aware of the following rules before you park:
- No overnight sleeping: You cannot sleep or stay overnight in your vehicle.
- No facilities: We do not provide waste or water facilities at these car parks.
Parking charges apply all year round. You must pay for parking between 7am and 10pm every day (unless the car park signs state otherwise).
- Cost: A 24-hour parking ticket costs £13.00.
- Ways to pay: You can pay at the Pay and Display machines, by calling RingGo on your phone, or by using the RingGo app or website.
We have dedicated spaces for motorhomes and caravans at the following locations:
- St Mildreds Bay Car Park, Westgate-on-Sea: 4 spaces
- Minnis Bay Car Park, Birchington: 5 spaces
- Barnes Car Park, Margate: 5 spaces (Please note: You can only pay using RingGo at this car park)
- Joss Bay Car Park, Broadstairs: 3 spaces
