Tenant and Leaseholder Service Standards

Our service standards set out the quality of service you can expect from Tenant and Leaseholder Services. We cannot guarantee we will get it right 100% of the time but this is what we aim for. Within each standard is a description on how we will monitor how well we are doing, at delivering what we said we would do.

Our service standards have been co-developed with our residents. Their input into the development of these standards has given us invaluable insight into areas that we need to focus on to improve our service.
