Action Against Litter newsletter – Issue 13

Many of the large coastal bins are designed to make recycling easier while you’re out enjoying the beach.

Please help us by:

Recycling bottles, cans and other accepted packaging where possible
Taking reusable beach items home with you
Using the toy reuse baskets where available
Taking BBQs, tents and other large items home rather than leaving them beside bins
Taking your rubbish home if a bin is full

Please remember that putting rubbish beside a full bin is still littering. If there isn’t enough room, take it home and dispose of it correctly.

Small actions by thousands of visitors can make a huge difference.
