  • There are lots of self help computers available to the public in Thanet.
  • Thanet Gateway also has two computers. These can be used for Thanet websites only.

  • Passwords and usernames are case sensitive – for example if your password is Thanet and you are typing in THANET it won’t be recognised.
  • Unfortunately if you have forgotten your details you will need to re-register and complete a new application.
