The Thanet Local Plan was adopted on 9 July 2020, together with the Landscape Character Assessment Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
Update on the Air Quality Management Area June 2023
Please note that as of 25 June 2023 Thanet Urban AQMA was revoked and a new smaller area has been declared in Ramsgate. Therefore Map 7 in the Thanet Local Plan has been superseded. The boundary of the new Ramsgate AQMA and accompanying reports can be found on our website.
