You must submit this form to the Licensing Department between 2 weeks and 1 month before your current vehicle compliance certificate expires.

- Certificate of Compliance
- Compliance checklist
- Current vehicle insurance documents
- Confirmation only: You will receive a message confirming that your form has been submitted, but you will not receive any new documents or a new paper licence.
- When we will contact you: The Licensing team will only contact you if there is a problem with your documents, or if we need you to bring your vehicle in for a visual inspection.
